11am – 2pm: ‘MEAT’ THE LEGEND – Learn from World Champion Butcher Brett Laws as he presents a live butchery demonstration and tasting experience.
11am – 2pm: Weber Workshop – BBQ Grillmaster Jimmy Hunt shares his expertise on reverse searing, achieving the perfect pork crackling, and cooking steak to perfection.
11am – 1pm: Guest of the Grill – Meet Aaron Woods, former NRL player and Triple M Breakfast Host, as he joins the in-store celebrations.
Throughout the weekend, guests can enjoy a sausage sizzle supporting the Barbecure Tour fundraiser. In addition, the popular $10 for 10kg Briquettes offer returns (in-store only, limit two bags per person).
